I just downloaded a file and though it appears on my desktop it will not play in itunes, or in realplayer or windows media for that matter. Did I miss something?
its probably a .flac or .ogg or similar, check my signature for the helpful topic FAQ..
I'm getting the same thing on my mac. It downloads and saves as a .wav file. I've tried to convert in in itunes to mp3 format (in the advance menu). then it creates another file with nothing even in it. It plays in Audacity but but that doesn't help me because I have no idea what i'm doing in Audacity and all i want to do is drop the sample in mp3 format or whatever format into Garageband. Any more advice?
sorry, I was tired,it was midnight and I was working on a boring school project.
In Audacity, all you have to do is open the .wav file and go to File, then "export as mp3".
