The zip files that are located in packs just open as a text file containing some info on the files contained in it. Tried 3 different browsers and right click save as, but it's always the same text file.
Here is an example:
3f68fcec 1997 /secret/packs/5969_license.txt _readme_and_license.txt

It seems we changed something in the server and packs stopped working, we are working on it

I'm quite sure that the problem reported by Wulf2468 was solved, can you explain what are you experiencing? Anyone else having problems with packs?
gerard
well all sounds from packs are like this
364c4b8c 1075972 /secret/sounds/91/91994_623488.wav 91994__blaukreuz__0109-dvw500-int-eject.wav
and i can't open them in wave editor
if i rename extension from .wav to .wav again...it' ok again
but the file names are long and confusing
OK it seems like another kind of problem, although I don't understand completely what you see. I take it you are using OSX, what version? Are you using some special program to decompress the pack?
yes, i use OSX...10.6.8..with archive utility, same is with betterzip utility
i see exactly same as Wulf2468, files have .wav extension, but i can't open them with anything..if i rename file with .wav again...it's ok then...sorry for my poor english
The difference is that during some hours everyone saw that but as a web page when trying to download the pack. Your problem seems to be specifically related to extracting the the zip on OSX. I'll post again once it is fixed.
gerard
It should be fixed now. Just to clarify, the only problem I found was a space at the end of the file name, I never saw anything like
"364c4b8c 1075972 /secret/sounds/91/91994_623488.wav 91994__blaukreuz__0109-dvw500-int-eject.wav"
in the name of a downloaded file. That appeared on the web only for some hours (when this thread was initiated) and was fixed shortly after. Files in downloaded packs always appeared normal to me except for the extra space, which is fixed now.
