In the forums we could perhaps put a script to change all youtube links to embedded videos (sort of like how facebook does it)?

In another forum I used to trawl, they had the ability to use "[youtube]video code[/youtube]" to embed as a widget within the forum.

This was a useful feature, considering a lot of people are impatient and cant be bothered to click a link and be redirected for a moment. Its the cold truth.
