Over the years, I've been able to interact with a lot of interesting people on Freesound, and my sounds have been used in many unique projects and places. I was looking for a specific message today, and I realized that it would take a while to sort through the several hundred messages that I have on my account. I am wondering if it would be possible and would like to request a message search feature to sort through my direct messages.

I understand that this may not be so simple to implement depending on how the messages are stored, and I was also wondering if it would be possible to allow users to bulk download their messages in something such as a CSV file. This would allow me to search my messages offline in Excel, for example.

for the new interface we are developing we have planned a simple search tool for the messages app, but we have not made any strong decision on whether we will implement this as part of the new interface or it will remain for a future update. Anyway, that's something on our list
