Obviously, you should know that there are different ways of network payment in every place.I don't know if you have not heard of Alipay,This is a very popular and convenient payment channel in China.Convenience or trouble is related to the number of people paying. Please pay attention to these potential users. All of these are made through translation software, hoping to express my intention in a smooth way.

I was wondering if that was the case, but spammers don't usually reply to questions so I think this may be a genuine Freesound user in China who wants to donate. Alipay is China's version of PayPal and is a large, legitimate company, so you wouldn't think they'd stoop to spamming to promote their business.
On the other hand, China has different standards of what is acceptable behavior. I've been to China and I could easily imagine a Chinese company hiring a bunch of people to go to every website that accepts PayPal, create an account, and post a message asking the site to accept Alipay. But, let's not assume the worst when we can just ask the original poster.
@zccc: Why do you want Freesound to support Alipay? Are you donating money? Are you employed by Alipay?

I'm a freelancer. As a Chinese user, payment methods abroad can not allow me to donate money. So, I hope you can join a payment method that can be used in China.
I think "freelancer" may not mean what you think it does. It does not mean you are doing this for "free". "Freelancer" implies that, while not an employee of Alipay, this is a job for you and you are getting paid to post the request for Alipay here. So, are you getting paid for this?
I think it is important to allow the Chinese people to contribute to Freesound. I know that in the last ten years, as Chinese society has become more wealthy, they've started increasing the amount they donate for good causes like Freesound.org.
But I'm a bit confused by the request for Alipay. It seems that you are allowed to use PayPal in China. PayPal claims you can connect it to your Chinese bank account and pay in RMB.
Is that not correct? Is there something I'm missing?
