have you tried waiting for a longer time?
sometimes it takes quite long before i hear anything.
Another reason could be you have deactivated sound for flash. Try if you have sound on other flash files.
I once heard a very strange thing... Someone hat multiple sound output channels at his PC. On one of that channels the sound worked except for flash files. He put his speakers into one of the other channels and he had sound... A very strange thing, indeed, but you should try it.
I waited 5 minutes after clicking on play and nothing happened. I also tried playing my other wav.files and I have sound on them I don't understand it I have been to the site before and all samples played just fine I even downloaded some of the Dragon sounds that you guys have on the site and as far as the channels go I only have one speaker port to plug into if thats what you are talking about. Thanks for the quik responce Connum to my post.
I figured it out it was Internet Explorer I opened the site with Firefox and the sounds play fine.
Bram sorry about the signature but you got a place for a sinature and don't have any rules about them
so I didn't think anything about it and what you talking about my signature Rocks! LOL
Sorry Again and thanks for the help.
well, im using firefox, (the latest version) and everything seems to be working for me, so i dont think your browser is the problem. For me (i dont know why this happens) if you click on the file name, and get the larger picture with the description etc, then it plays, but when i just click the small triangular play button, they dont...
Im not sure why it happens, but if you do what i do, and get the larger screen it will hopefully work for you, if not, i cant help you anymore.
Hope it goes well,
kokuya.
I am having the same problem as Kokuya on Firefox on the PC. Some times the search result page play button doesn't work. Occasionally it does and when it does, it usually works for a whole page of search results. It may have to do with the file type of the original sound, though I haven't looked that closely.
