can someone find a program that can convert .org format into .wav or mp3 format.

(i think .org may be a Japanese format)

I take it you mean .ogg
Try Audacity. It is free.

No, I mean ".ORG" the program i use for 8-bit music, called "Org maker", is made by Studio Pixal and outputs only in this format.
