LOL klankbeeld you are too fast!
And listenning to your dare submission I know why: obviously you are working with the Devil.
LOL, sounds like a very dark ritual.
However, it is not downloadable at the moment. Please make it downloadable.
Also, you may want to make part of your posting the naughty sample you have used. Makes it visible for others so they don't try to claim the same sample.
Thanks
By the way: it is OK to use the same naughty sample as someone else - but when I choose the naughtiest sample, only the first one to "claim" that sample will get the Special Mention.
Also, you don't need to wait until you finish your submission to claim the sample you want to use.

It's downloadable now and posted the file-list in the other post.

Hello Kyster, welcome to the party !
I like your entry, listening now.
Could you please post on the submission thread? - yep, its the other one!
That keeps all entries on one thread whilst this one is for general discussion... and yes... its one of the rules
But don't worry too much about that or any rules that you may have stepped on.
It's nice to have you on board!

I discovered the thread was wrong, so I wrote in the other one, and deleted here..... but you beat me to it
He welcome Kyster. I'm glad and proud that you have made this beautiful composition. You've made the traditional Ghana song recorded by my sister very modern. I hope there will be no voting, because than this one is the best of cause .

I'm very pleased that you like it
Since that day when I was browsing the geomapped sounds here, and found it, I simply couldn't stop thinking about it. And then I saw the dare.... a great chance to use it.
Actually It's my first time doing something like this.
Guys and girls
I am copying here a posting from Bram, as this is the more appropriate thread for it.
Bram wrote:
Oh and... maybe you should all try to attract some more people to the dares? Should I post a blog post?- bram
Bram is spot on: the more people on the dare the more the fun. - If you have any friends on Freesound invite them to participate.
Anyone that you know that might be interested but is not already on Freesound, they can create an account in five minutes and join the dare
Even if the current dare is not your cup of tea... I hope there will be plenty more dares, and some should be quite different from what we have seen so far, so stay tunned
So as I understand it, I have to "find" a "Naughty" sample. And that would be a sample of what I can gather is an outright "Song" that should have not been allowed on Freesound. Have I got that right?
Also, I have to use that "Naughty" sound I find, along with other Freesound samples to make what, another song or just sounds?
[edit] I listened to the samples that klank and jeff used and I have the right uderstanding. I think!! So on we go![/edit]
I have mostly finished the song (well if you call it that!). Just have to get all the other details in line before I submit.
I am liking this stuff!! In fact I used a lot of sounds off of FreeSound for a Halloween track that I threw together in about 15 minutes and played in the background while handing out candy. The kids loved it!! They kept asking "What's that sound?" It sounded nothing like the prerecorded stuff that you buy at Walmart!!!
So I am really enjoying myself over here at FreeSound! Thanks AlienXXX for dragging me over here!!
Hey Grem!
I am really glad you like it here, that you are finding freesound a valuable source of samples and that you are being so productive!!! - halloween tracks, dare tracks, ... Are you sleeping man?
Looking forward to hear you submission.
Looks like i am gonna be the last one to arrive to my own party... Again... LOL !
Lets catch up on email. Haven't talked to you for a while.
Hello smoshymeme
Welcome to Freesound!
Although I must say that this is not the right forum to introduce yourself.
You should have used the "FreesoundProject" or the "Off Topic"... Welcome anyway.
And since you are here, feel free to look around: we are running a "dare". This is what we call our little friendly competitions...

Very nice shot. The renovation is great. Spooky, but in the end the nightmare is over. Thank you for your contribution.
Hello Grem!
I have listenned to your submission on my phone on the way to work. Not ideal, but gives me a glimpse of what is there.
Nice job! Some very powerfull sections in this music.
You are moving fyrther and further away from your trodden path.
As for taking a naughty sample and transforming it beyond recogition... man! You managed to blow my mind!
