I'm getting my sounds up now but tonight is the cut off, hope I get them all up in time, will do my best...

Primarily humour (hence :¬) , however it could be a source of ideas for beatbox noises.

maybe, I was littlebit comfused, for some strange idea, it redyrects me to the same site, but not to particular track but something like /#app

You have to have adobe flashplayer (same as freesound) and javascript enabled, then when you click on the link I posted you click on the button which says "SEE THE COMPOSITION" to see/hear the beatbox performance.

Sorry I have left it so late. There are some personal reasons why I recently have not been as active on Freesound as I would have wished.
I have started adding some sounds.

As long as it doesn't significantly alter the raw sound (you know, just don't make it sound too distorted and brutish). Normalizing will be fine that way.

Yes, that does seem older, but I don't see it as an entry for this dare. It was uploaded before I put up this dare.

I moderated those after the dare started. I may not have noticed they had been uploaded before the official start of the dare. In any case seems a shame to 'waste' these samples as we are running a dare focused on beatboxing...

Aww dang it! I thought the deadline was April 7th. I just got a professional recording microphone too to record my beatbox. Is it too late to keep posting? I can post some today if being one day late is fine.
I just posted my beatbox video but it was a day late. I tagged it with dare-19 in case your feeling generous and let me still submit lol otherwise I can take it off. This is what I am doing for my school's talent show next week. Also in the beat, when I say "Are you ready" the following beat is me holding the microphone to my throat so that's why it sounds more bassy. Hope that's allowed
Also this is my first time uploading to freesound and it says the audio file is "pending" right now so I don't know if it will stay like that or if it will be available for the public soon? But yeah.
Today is the 5th April. So definetely keep uploading!
Also post in this thread to let me know that you have uploaded sounds for this dare and I will try to get them moderated quickly.
Please make sure you have tagged the sounds according to the rules: they must have the tag "dare-19".
Okay great. Well I have one beatbox submission! I can probably upload some more by tomorrow since the deadline is extended ^_^
