I was unclear, sorry, I know where to by generic fly-bys, I need a one VERY SIMILAR to the sample I posted.

It's just a snare drum sample + with big reverb

Dude, the thing is I am a complete newbie in sound design, I would highly appreciate if you could give me a link to a tutorial, that shows how can I manufacture this kind of sound.

And you need a software like Audacity (free) for editing.

I don't hear a remarkable "fly by" character in this sound

Well I tried different combinations of changing pitch and adding a reverb and got nothing even remotely close to the sample. I can understand that in theory it can be done, I am just unable to do that

I got closer when playing with bass and treble over the changed pitch but still the result sounds very low quality.

@Breviceps thanks, but no, those sounds are not even close. So weird, I taught myself to make high quality PBR models via internet, but when it comes to sound design - it's almost as if this area is a black hole. Super hard to find something, anything.
