I think I, and everyone on freesound owe a big thankyou to Mike (aka acclivity) for his commitment and effort into the freesound project.
It goes without saying we would be here without Bram, but without people like Mike, there would be no sounds for this amazing, yet simple idea of a website.
We all take the sounds for granted, so i would like to say a HUGE thank you to everyone, including Mike.
Now you're all probably wondering where this has come from - its because of my severe lack of microphone which i have at the moment (I bought a little one yesterday off Ebay). i needed a voice sample for another one of my college projects (doing music tech you see...) and i was a little bit cheeky and asked mike to record me one. he stepped up to the challenge without so much as a huff, and produced the exact good i needed.
Thank you everyone and mike for your time, recordings, effort and plesantness!
