Hi all, I haven't been on freesound recently, as I've been off getting caught up in the world, but I was wondering if there are any folks on here from Chicago?
I'd like to get out and go do some sound sampling projects in the area, and I generally am more likely to get out if I've got an interested party to travel with. I've taken to roping my friends into a recent idea I've had, where we get out and capture, edit, and publish a sound/visual project in one day. I chose one day because I'm tired of having projects that are "just for fun" but end up hanging over my head for weeks I'm sure you can relate.

Anyhoo, it's been a great deal of fun, but I've been working with people whose interest isn't always in the same vein as mine, so I figured freesound might be a good place to find some folks!

As a reference, this is one of the "1 day projects" that I did.
Recorded and shot at Union Station here in Chicago. That space is beautiful both visually and aurally. Incredible acoustics and architecture!
