This could be an issue with CC License:
Say you credit the sound freely and correctly in the movie/TV show. Now a TV station is airing the show/movie. When the credits roll the TV station decides to skip the credits to jump right to their next show or News broadcast. Would it then be possible for someone to go after the TV station for this. I guess its really more an issue with the TV station than the creators but I guess its something to watch out for...
Yeah that's probably more of the TV station's fault. Usually what I see them do is squeeze the credits into a tiny frame on the left side and run ads for their upcoming programming on the right, and roll the credits at high speed. I guess this is within the bounds of legality, as there are a lot more people than just CC sample authors who would be upset by not being credited.

Yawn
i think there should be a 'Copyright' forum...
