Hi everyone,
Would it be a problem to upload sounds which are actually re-mixes of sounds already available on this site.

For example. I downloaded some synthesised wind noise, and a sound of leaves rustling.
I remixed them on my PC with cakewalk Sonar, to present an enhanced representation of wind moving through the treetops overhead. The remix was quite complex using panning and volume envelopes to bring about the most realistic effect as possible.

So... would this be OK to do? and should I mention the original contributors?

its fine. matter of factly there's something on this site called the remix tree. where ideas like this get put. so please by all means put it up.

make sure you let us know it's a remix of two sounds.
