I've downloaded a ring in frac. format It's on my laptop. Now how do I get it onto my cell phone as a ringtone? Using a razor, telstra in australia?

Its probably more likely a FLAC in which case it needs to be 'decompressed'

and then follow the download link for FLAC's you'll then get the file as a WAV which you then need to transfer onto your phone.
