Got some samples that I'm planning to upload but I need to understand if it is ok to upload them. One sample pack that I have prepared is the EAS tone, header and footer. I dunno if it is ok to upload such samples. For nom-us persons the EAS is their electronic allert system.

For my experience an telecommunication recording is not illegal
when it never contain personal infos/data (seem to be not your case),
so I think that you will be Ok...

Well I'm a lil' bit concerned that someone will broadcast it and by that matter maybe cause an alarm. The reason I ask is because a swedish group JustD added on the end of one of their tracks the beeps that shut down an radio / tv station's transmitter. some dude requested that song and then the entire station went off air for over 3 hours! That's the concern I have.
