Hey there,

I don't want to wait one year before being able to upload files to freesound using the public domain.

My solution is for now: add "public domain" or "public-domain" (which are both the same) to the tag list, as the author (bold tags) - this is what I do to my submissions.

I wish it was possible to implement a dirty hack to allow making the public domain license an alternative but what the heck.

I encourage you all to tag YOUR OWN files as public domain content.

If you don't see the need for releasing sounds to the public domain, please tell.
