I'm sure someone has answered this before but i couldn't find it. When I click on a file to preview it I get no response. Do I have something set wrong. Please tell me the steps. I can download just fine, but can't preview the download.

I would make sure you have the latest version of Flash installed, disable or add an exception to any script blocking plug-ins you may have within your browser.

If it still doesn't work, try a different web browser.
