I'm making a documentary about South Carolina and I need to find good civil war style music. Something like the soundtrack from the Gettysburg movie. Things like the confederate anthem are good too. Does anyone have any suggestions? I'm looking for free music obviously.

Wow! Great idea, I'll let you know if I come across any. I am a singer, just started my Facebook page, would you mind giving it a "like" and sharing with friends.

Thanks and hope you find some good soundtracks.
Civil war music as opposed to uncivil war music? You can find some awesome songs that might fit the bill (like 'Aftermath' or 'The final plunge') which is eerie and gives me the creeps! Download for free at http://www.freemusicpublicdomain.com/
I download some music of the southern landlord in videograbby http://www.videoconverterfactory.com/tips/vdgb-yt-downloader.html. Many of them are of MP3 formats
