I need this for a project I am doing on Minecraft/AdventureCraft. I need a sound somewhat like the one in Skyrim that plays every once-in-a-while. If you can answer with a good sound effect, I'll give you best answer and 10 points.

Something as simple as that can be created yourself! Step 1. Get a microphone. Step 2. Blow on it slowly. You can try blowing air slowly out of your lips and you can already feel the effects of wind blowing.

You can get a Logitech PC microphone for around 15-20 bucks.

You can use Audacity to record the sound (It's a freeware)

Or get a phone with a recording feature and try with it, with the right visual, it should do the trick.
