Hello and welcome!
If you issue a search in the "search sounds" box above, e.g. birds, you'll see a result page showing not only the total count (4853 sounds right now) but also, on the right, a list of licenses:
Attribution (2884)
Attribution Noncommercial (810)
Creative Commons 0 (935)
Sampling+ (224)
You can further narrow your search by license type, clicking on the desired license.
"Creative Commons 0" leaves you total freedom, you can use those sounds any way you see fit with no restrictions and requirements.
"Attribution" requires you to explicitly mention and link the used sounds and their authors. If you distribute the album on physical supports like a CD, you'd have to print such information and give it along with the CD's; if you distribute the album in digital format, you might include a text file, even better in a format that supports links, so the links you put in it will be clickable directly in the document.
"Sampling+" is a legacy license, now retired; for your purpose you can treat it as "Attribution".
These are the licenses that will provide you many sounds while keeping you reasonably free.
