Mac Operating System Maverick ( 10.9 )

I would like to add some of these sounds downloaded from here, freesound, to the Mac Alert sounds and Thunderbird "you received mail".

Also I use Mac Ettore Software Sounds4Fun X ( http://ettoresoftware.com/products/sounds4fun/ ).
