What are your top 10 favorite rock bands?

I'll give you one of my most favourite alternative bands, because I don't have time to make a list of 10.

American Head Charge - particularly the album The War of Art (2001) I suppose it's more Heavy Metal than Rock though.

edit: Apparently it's Industrial Metal. Oh well xD

I like how the songs often add sound design and synthesis into the intro and breakdown sections of the tracks, sometimes to fortify the theme, other times to add some artistic flair to an otherwise conventional rock track.
