When a sound is selected "sound of the day", does the creator of this sound get a notification of this cheerfull event?

Hi there.

Unfortunately not. Although the comments that usually ensue will give e-mail notifications. It won't be initially clear though why there is an influx in activity until you check the random sound of the day and discover it's you.

maybe this is something for the freesoundteam to take a look at.
I would be very proud if my sound was picked sound of the day (even if it was just a random pick).
but i would be sad if i found out that i have missed it!
