I need the sound of a small appliance being dropped. i mostly need the crash sound. As always i don't actually need someone to do this i just need a comparable crash effect.
I didn't read the last bit so I did it.
do you still need the sound
also it may have hit a bird on the way down, and a family...
Have you tried to search https://www.freesound.org/search/?q=crash+drop&f;=&s;=score+desc&advanced;=0&g;=1 ?
I do still need the sound, and I did try searching it but it's a few mild crash sounds, but mostly crash symbols. The most success I had was searching car crash sounds, but still nothing that I could shape into what I need. Thank you for your suggestions so far, but I'm still searching.
I needed something similar to that for a video. Except I wasn't crashing a small appliance. It was an entire train locomotive!
Instead of any one sound, I decided to layer several different sounds together. I discovered that piling sounds of different frequencies on top of each other, I ended up with a reasonable facsimile of a train falling off a bridge.
The secret is to get several sounds of very low frequency and combine them with several sounds of a high frequency.
I ended up with a layer of seven sounds on top of each other. You might try that.
