hi i work for a company called NEPAL ASTRONOMICAL SOCIETY which is an organization based in nepal to promote science, astronomy and space sciences , we needed a jingle for the organizayio but, i really dont know the art of making music so if anyone wants to help me please do my email is : swarajsagarpradhan@gmail.com
Thanks, AlienXXX. Are you going to help by making the jingle or by teaching "the art of music"?
I am always looking to learn new things — which works out well since there is so darn much I don't know — so if you even just posted a summary of the steps in making a jingle for the Nepal Astronomical Society, I'd love to read it. What's the design process and what are the tools and skills needed? Are actual musicians required?
Oh, speaking of musicians, I happen to know a guy who's in a collective of barbershop quartets. They were fundraising recently to support their habit and I bet it wouldn't take much money to get them to sing something custom for you, if you wanted it.

I contacted the requester, and he wanted a 30-60s piece of music. I used no singing or vocals. I was asked to create a piece with a certain feel / mood which was well received.
I used Reason 10.

Email the requester and see if he is interested.

Neat. I've never used Reason. (Hmm... that didn't come out sounding the way I meant).
No singing? When he said "jingle", I thought of all the old commercials with the catchy songs singing the praises of Wheeties and wieners. Perhaps "jingle" means something different in Nepal. Was the mood requested the peppy, effervescent style we associate with Madison Avenue?
Oh, and are you are going to post the piece here? Or, was this a paid thing where he gets exclusive rights to it? If so, can I ask out of curiosity what an approximate rate is for a 30s jingle?
Does not need to be done in Reason. Could be any DAW. Any jingle would just be handled as a small music piece.
I have done this for free.
