Sign up on Splice. It's basically the Netflix of samples/instruments. They also have plugins there.
All samples are royalty-free and cleared for commercial use

UPDATE: Personally I use Spitfire: Epic Strings (29$) and Spitfire: BBC Symphony Orchestra Discover.
