I have a few things, I would like to upload but I never done that before. I don't know what license I should do. I don't mind people altering anything and I don't really mind them forgetting or not giving me credit for it. I just thought I would try to give back. There are very talented people here that are nice enough to share there amazing stuff here.

Sounds to me like you want the Creative Commons Zero license (CC0). If you don't mind not being credited and want to truly give away your material without anything in return then that's the way to go.
