I figure freesound is a great place for this.
There is a dirty smell Audio Scraps Junkyard over at wtfmusic.org - please dump your audio waste there.

Do you have some audio tracks, sounds, noises, half completed songs, field recordings, or any other music or sound you don't know what to do with?
Are you looking for some material to use for creating weird and abnormal music, sound design, audio art, collages or straight up noise?
Givers - This is the place to share any kind of audio you have so it can be manipulated, abused, brought to life, tortured, glorified, ridiculed, harassed and twisted up by others in ways you never imagined.
Perhaps you want to create some audio scraps just to add to our library here.

Takers - This is a collaboration effort. Take what you want and do what you want with it. Just make sure you share the results with us in the community. Remember that this is a community for strange, abnormal and unique music and that's what we expect.
Give credit where credit is do. Simply listing the names of the members whose scraps you use is fair enough.

They were not my "terms and conditions" - it was a default page from our community platform, "JamRoom" - as mentioned in that thread that you linked.
And yes, they have been changed.
Go check it yourself.
And dump some audio junk while you're there . . .

I read the new terms and conditions but they were not clear about commercial use of the submitted material.
Similar sites like, Freesound.org and CCmixter.org, use Creative Commons licences, does WTFmusic ?

I'm aware of my actions and their consequences - people who are not into such foul posts would probably not plan on visiting a place called wtfmusic anyway.
I'm sure the first page of the site is enough to keep many bouncing out of the site instantly - not to mention any music they might hear if they decide to go that far.
Anyway, as I stated earlier - I don't think it's right for you to derail my thread with your unrelated concerns.

onionpalac, you already answered me about wtfmusic in the topic linked by Timbre, saying that JamRoom's terms of service does not apply to wtfmusic. ok.
now Timbre simply asked about the commercial use in wtfmusic: a no nonsense question, a fully related concern imo.
I too like to know more about it - and not because I'm paranoid, but because I'm interested in alternative ways to share music and other files (I know nothing about laws and rules, it's not my job).
take it easy onionpalac, a forum could be annoying but it's a public place where everybody's free to ask, sometimes one have to answer even to boring questions
