Hi guys,
we're developing an iPhone game and we'd like to use several sounds from freesounds.org.
We'd like to know if we just have to attribute samples within the game(we'd like also to know how to do it correctly) or we must contact directly the authors one by one.
Thank you,
destinyglove
Im making an app too, and I'd really like to use some of these sounds in it (they are really awesome . I had the same question.
Hi guys,
This is the link to the licenses http://creativecommons.org/licenses/sampling+/1.0/legalcode
see part 3 e (Attribution and Notice).
hope it helps.
here is a example of how a game-maker gave the credits!!

the following link shows more examples about how users gave credit, and the reactions...

There are more freesounders who know more about this item. They will give advise, I'm sure.....
good luck, I hope it helps a bit...
It was a freesound takes into a nice attribution sample. If we could try that one, it wouldn't bad because of the sounds that they've used. This could be nice to share in many members of freesound community.
