I'm working on a compilation of sounds that tend to scare some dogs - intended to be used for desensitisation of dogs with phobias.

I might give the final compilation away to others or maybe sell it as a CD.

How do I properly "attribute" the recordings to the people who made them?

The list will be long, for example multiple different traffic and motorbike sounds, machines, gunfire, explosions, sirens etc etc etc.

I tried to work it out via the FAQ section, but it eventually leads me to a page saying:

Freesound Attribution Form

This form below lists all the samples you downloaded from freesound with some data.
You can use this form to attribute samples to users when you use them.
If there are files you didn't use, you can delete them from the list.

Unfortunately, all it really lists is one line saying: "next 100 results".

How do I do this? The first CD seems to work and has sound samples from about 15 different people on it, but I cannot figure out who they were, because Audacity does not seem to list the file names as they appear on Freesound.

Any help would be much appreciated!

I also just found the "Attribution List" in the left side control panel and it works. Now there is an actual list of files and author names, followed by the "next 100 results" link which was the only thing on the list yesterday.

But how can I add this list to a CD?

Assuming I want to give away (or sell for a few bucks) a CD compiled of some of these sounds to other dog owners at "Puppy School", or leave a stack for the vet to sell over the counter. The list is way too long to print on the CD and I do not know if it is possible to add a text file to a CD.
