Hi, i am a little bit confused with sampling + Licenses. I have read the information but I do not seem to understand if I can use any of these sounds in commercial work. It would be great if someone could help me out with this. Thanks.

the "old" sampling + license is a retired attribute one, so you can under the listed conditions:
http://creativecommons.org/licenses/sampling+/1.0/
