I'm making a Visual Novel (anime interaction game) with songs that use samples from here. When I credit, do I use the sample creator's username or real name?

Whenever I credit, I use the first and last name with the username in the middle. For example, My name. Joel "Jace" Gerlach. If you can't find the username, then use the complete name and vice-versa.

How do I credit if I use a sound in a video or on my website?

Is is similar to the CC licence on wiki?

What I do to credit a sample I use is copy the part of my attribution list that concerns this particular sample. I believe, since it is from freesound itself, that it's a good attribution method. Am I wrong?
