I have been using some single drum samples to build up some drum loops. The plan was to submit them to the Renoise loop project http://www.loopproject.com/. Their aim is to generate a Royalty Free set of loops that any one can use the only trouble there is no mention of ownership.
At the moment I am struggling to see how I can submit the loops to this project without referencing the original author of the drum hits. The only way I can think of doing this is to include their name in WAV loop title. (This may not be a problem as I am trying to use a single source for original drum hits)
Any ideas ???
I'm not sure what "Royalty Free" means, but if it means "public domain" - the Sampling Plus license is unfortunately incompatible with public domain.
