Okay so I'm just wondering, in my credits can I say,
Sound Effects under a Creative Commons Attribution license at Freesound.org
Or do I need to credit each individual artist? Like this,
Sound Effects by Fressound.org Artist "ERH"

The answer is yes. All artists/creators of works must be credited if used publicly.
