Dear admins

Could you please delete my account.I have uploaded some sounds a couple of years ago and i wanted to delete some of them but i couldnt find a delete button anywhere.The sounds i uploaded are old and i would like to start over again.I have made alot of new samples since then and i would like to continue uploading but with a new account.Thanks alot!

You could just start a new Freesound account under a different pseudonym, rather than delete your account.

Having just listened some of to your contributions, which seem to be popular (some have been downloaded over 1000 times) , it would be a shame to deprive Freesound users of them if there is no good reason to do so.

However the self-destruct option is available: login then click on "settings" (top right),
then an option is displayed "delete your account" (on middle right of settings page).

If you just want to delete individual sounds, login, go to the Freesound page with the unwanted sound, click on "Edit sound information", scroll down to the bottom of the page which appears and click on delete.

Thanks for the quick reply.I just found the delete buttons you mentioned.I should have looked a bit closer..Thanks!I think i will keep this account and just replace some of the old uploads.
