I was wondering if I used any of the sounds from free sounds do I have to give credit to the site or uploader?
Also If the sounds are used for commercial purpose, can I be sued from you guys as well?
Im just a little curious about the usage of sounds from here.
Thanks for the question. People who upload sounds to Freesound can choose one of 3 different licenses for their sounds - each license places a different obligation on anyone who uses the sound. Have a read here - look at the licenses section - it's fairly simple:

Alternatively - the answer to this question from a few days ago gives a nice basic summary of the 3 license types:

Edit: If you find a sound that you really want to use, but the license is too restrictive then most Freesound users are happy to be approached about using their work for a specific purpose. If a sound has a restrictive license, the creator of the sound can still grant permission for the sound to be used in other ways.
Hope that helps
