To keep it safe and simple for you:
Do not use sounds with this licence: http://www.freesound.org/media/images/licenses/bync.png and this text: This work is licensed under the Attribution Noncommercial License.
These sounds are for non-commercial use.
You can use all other sounds but;
You have to thank freesound.org and the freesound user(s) for the sounds you use in a text-file that is connected to the song you record.
It is very nice if you list the link to the sounds.
so it looks like this:
Thanks freesound.org and
user klankbeeld

and user unfa
http://www.freesound.org/people/unfa/sounds/184590/
for the sounds I have used in my song.
klankbeeld Thank you for your kind reply, but still if that kind of samples that are not for commercial use can be used in making a song and making it available as a free download mentioning freesound.org and the users right ! For all others they can be used for making commercial songs , and i will mentiuon freesound.org and the users right ! Further more i want your help in determining witch signs are the ones showing a sample is for comerial use and witch are not from CC creative comons !
Thank you and all the best,sorry for my enlish !

These are the different licenses in use. There are different licenses published by the Creative Commons, which are an organization, not just one license. Be warned that these are only summaries, you need to click "Legal Code (the full license)" to see the actual license.
You can filter search results by license. See the search sidebar.
