Can someone tell if we are legally free to use these sounds provide by freesound.net in personal productions?

as long as you credit the sound and its author, and you respect the licenses, you can.

some licenses don't authorize a commercial use
some licences ask you give the same authorizations for your production that the ones given by the sound, what means you must permit a re-use of your production in the same terms (then the easiest publish under the same license)
