IMO here they've used Benboncan's popular "sad Trombone" , they've applied some heavy-duty compression, (which has caused clipping), so the envelope is different, but the zero-crossing-points match : it's the same sound, used without any attribution.

I probably don't need to tell you but the lower track, with the clipping, is from the Youtube [v=2nxxhKiItg0] , ("professional" my arse).
Where there's one there's usually more unattributed Freesounds ...
e.g.
Sounds like luffy's attribution-licensed "record scratch.wav" is used twice here [ @ 8 &10 sec from start] without attribution.
Good detective work, Timbre.
They're obviously fans of Benboncan:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h4f90lkuehA - Rewind Voice Sound Effect
sounds very similar to:
http://www.freesound.org/people/Benboncan/sounds/63962 - Rewind Voice.wav
I haven't done your level of analysis.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oJ6XYZH-eMk - Camera Shutter Sound Effect
seems very similar to these [processed and repeated]:

http://www.freesound.org/people/sonoplastico/sounds/98000/
No attribution given.

I think you're right. I've left a comment on the YouTube informing "profxsounds" that I [too] think v=h4f90lkuehA is the work of Benboncan who should get a credit, as his sound has an attribution license, and that the people they are redistributing the sound-file to should be informed to attribute Benboncan too where they use his work. Odds are my comment will be deleted :¬(

- Old Movie Drama Score
is suspiciously similar to copyc4t's excellent DunDunDunnn
http://www.freesound.org/people/copyc4t/sounds/146434/
...except they've applied some processing to make it sound inexplicably crap.
No attribution except a (garbled) disclaimer - "ProFX No have the rights over this sound effect, Use it under own responsibility."
@Speedenza: Thank you for notifying me, but in this case the eventual infringement is not against me, as my DunDunDunn is based exactly on the same source.
WTFkidsSHOW once mentioned dramabutton.com that plays the sound when you press the flash button on screen, and asked for a sound like that, so I built mine from scratch in LMMS.

I wonder if you can identify that cinematic sting that they seem to use at the start of every video. It's a difficult challenge, but if that one were an Attribution sound too...
That would screw their entire YouTube channel if it had an attribution license an the creator made a complaint which YouTube upheld.
[ But there are a LOT of whoosh-type stingers on Freesound and elsewhere ]

"All sounds are domain public, you can use it for free in your projects (Private or Commercial). "
They repeat this inaccurate statement , again and again , in the discussion on their channel ...

I've messaged them to point out this is incorrect , but I've probably wasted my time doing that.

Some progress ... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2nxxhKiItg0
"profxsounds" YouTube channel has been "Terminated"...

YouTube account Professional Sound Effects | ProFX has been terminated because we received multiple third-party notifications of copyright infringement
The moral of the story : if your copyright is being infringed on YouTube make a complaint direct to YouTube, see my guide here ... http://www.freesound.org/forum/legal-help-and-attribution-questions/34244/
