How do I know if the content actually registered as creative commons,is really creative commons ? I can upload a sample saying it's mine and I do it free, but is part of commercial song. If I put it in one of my commercial work mentioning (Attribution / by), and then i sell this song like commercial.
What security have creative commons stamp?
Thanks

The fault would lie with the uploader. If they had claimed that a sound sampled from an in-copyright commercial release was their own, they would be guilty of false representation while if you had used that sample you would have acted in good faith.
To provide an analogy, if someone steals a car, and then you buy that car from their dealership with no reason to believe that anything isn’t legit, you cannot reasonably be considered guilty of handling stolen goods, because you bought the car in good faith.
Submissions to Freesound are moderated, so this sort of stuff is reasonably minimised.
