I completed a short film in which some samples were mixed into the audio. Wondering if below is how attribution should be displayed on credits? Can someone let me know. As well, is website for artist or sample?

Yes, I think that is a good format. I usually also add a line somewhere stating the sounds from freesound.org are licensed under Creative Commons Sampling Plus 1.0 license, including url to the license on creativecommons.org. I don't think this is necessary though, as that's also on the sample's page, but it sure won't hurt.
So it would be someting like below???...thanks

i am making a student diploma short film and i have used many samples from this site. so, i have a longer list of samples.... can i write a link to my user attribution list itself on the site, with creative commons link bellow it. this will be in the credits list at the end of the film.
