Hello Freesounders,

i plan to make a dubsiren-sample pack and put it on freesound (as CC0). the siren is a diy synth. the sirens sounds not that great when they "dry" - you have to put some haas, reverb, spring and/or delay on it - so i plan to make a demo"song" (just a tune iam working on) with a lot of the siren samples in it.

so here my questions:

- can i use the fresoundlogo alongside with the CC logo in the small cover of the Soundcloud demo sound? (is there somewhere a svg?)

- can i put a link back to the demo on soundcloud in each description of the sound?

The linking is completely fine — people link to their sounds being used ‘in situ’ all the time. But you will have to ask the staff about use of the Freesound logo. I suspect they would be fine with this sort of use but can’t speak for them.

Definitely looking forward to the dub siren sounds.

Yes, you are permitted to use the Freesound logo in the way you described.

Right now there are no publicly available assets like vectors, but I suggest you use the .png provided below from Wikimedia Commons:
