I've been having this issue for years and as I add more samples the more aware of the problem I become. I don't mind anyone using my samples for their own work, however a lot of "sound effect" Youtube channels are passing off my voice samples as their own without credit and they also appear to have the videos monetized. I know it isn't illegal for them to use the samples that way; however I have all of my samples under creative commons, thus they legally are suppose to give me credit.
Is there anyway I can possible get a hold of youtube to dig out those I know who have illegally stole my work...
Honestly I only care because of the fact that they are passing mine (and other creators) work off as their own... they even have the nerve to ask people to credit them, yet they didn't even credit those who actually made the work...

If they don't give you attribution they haven't complied with the attribution-license and don't have the right to use your sound on YouTube ...

If so you can make a copyright-infringement complaint to YouTube ... http://www.freesound.org/forum/legal-help-and-attribution-questions/34244/?page=1#post69581
My suggestion would be send a message* to the YouTuber pointing out that they've infringed your copyright by not giving you attribution, and if they don't add a credit within say a fortnight, you'll make a complaint to YouTube which could result in the video, or their entire channel, being removed from YouTube.
There is also the option of flagging the offending video , see ... https://youtu.be/8x8BxUFYfxA?t=2m46s However YouTube can ignore flag reports , ( but do not ignore copyright-infringement complaints ).
[ * some YouTube accounts allow you to send them a message , see if there is a "Send Message" button on ... https://www.youtube.com/user/InsertYouTubeUserNameHere/about . Otherwise just add a comment to the video ]
