Hello everyone! I know these information are in the site somewhere but i cant find it and would not want to take the risk of not crediting properly, so, here it goes. Anyone can help? Thank you very much!

The text says: "If supplied, you must provide the name of the creator and attribution parties, a copyright notice, a license notice, a disclaimer notice, and a link to the material. CC licenses prior to Version 4.0 also require you to provide the title of the material if supplied, and may have other slight differences."

1- Name of the author and attribution parties (what is "attribution parties"?)
2- copyright notice (creative commons?)
3- license notice (the type of the license?)
4- disclaimer notice (?)

Where in the links of the audios it says whats does it supply?

Creative commons is the thing found on the right, below the download button. It basically says what you need to have permission to use it.

how should I fill in these blanks for a Music Cue sheet I'm having done:

Writer(s): _____________ is it "No writer"? is it Freesound? is it a specific person?

Writer PRO: __________ is there a PRO for each writer, i.e. BMI, ASCAP, etc? or is it "No Society"?

Publisher(s) ___________Same questions. can you list as "No publisher"? "Freesound" a specific publisher?

Publisher PRO: _____________ "No Society" or "Freesound" or an actual Publisher?

as I mentioned, attaching links is not an option.
