I have created a film which has a scary nursery rhyme running through it. I recorded the nursery rhyme myself. It is a nersury rhyme created by someone else but I haven't included any music with it just me singing it and adding effects to my voice to make it sound creepy would this be ok to upload as I reckon other people will find it useful to use and it's creepy
Many (most) nursery rhymes are very old. As such the authors are unknown. Even when they are known, these things are so old that the copyright has expired and they are now in the public domain.
If you can do a quick search and find the author and perhaps the date when this nursery rhyme was created me or another moderator should be able to confirm if that nursery rhyme is no longer copyrighted.
