Hi to everyone - I have a question concerning the CC-Attribution-Share Like 3.0 US-License.
I found a free sound and in the license it is said, that I can use it commercially but have to distribute your contributions under the same license as the original. What does that mean?
The sound is for free, but I will use it in a commercial production, CD, that is sold - how does that work out. What do I have to do to use it?
Thank you so much for your answers
Christine
"CC-Attribution-Share [a]Like" isn't one of the Freesound license options ... https://freesound.org/help/faq/#licenses
https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0/

Is it possible to get licence for my own created music??
Yes, I release most of my own music under Creative Commons license
https://creativecommons.org/choose/ and there's more information on the main Creative Commons page

Why Share [a]Like is not an option? I made a mix using sounds with license type CC BY-NC-SA 3.0 but I am not sure if I can upload my mix to freesound (e.g. using the CC BY-NC option available from freesound)
SA is not an option because we strongly believe that a sound that is potentially less than half a second should not have the power to determine the licensing of a 6 minute piece of music.
If you want to publish an SA sound you will have to do it elsewhere... Sorry!
