Hi Guys,
I was hoping someone could help. I am starting youtube videos which one day I hope to monetize. As my videos will be quite long, the crediting of other sounds I use could become very large and take up a huge amount of description/video time. Do I have to credit a 'Creative commons 0 license' piece or can I not? Perhaps a silly question but as I say dont want to take up loads of space with a LOT of crediting if I dont have to. And if I do, can anybody recommend a source/site where I wont have to credit?
Many thanks!
You are under no obligation to attribute CC-Zero sounds you download and use in any project.
Just stick to using CC0 sounds and you won't ever have to credit. Morally speaking, it's up to you to decide wether that's how you want to do things. From a legal standpoint, it's totally acceptable.
Hope this was helpful
