Yes, as long as you respect the licenses of the sounds you download.

There are 3 licenses used on sounds on this site.
1) Creative Commons 0 License: You are free to do whatever you want with this sound, and you don't have to credit the uploader. You can even monetize any project in which you use this sound, again without the need to give credit.
2) Creative Commons Attribution License: You are free to do whatever you want with this sound but you must credit the original uploader of the sound. How you credit is up to you, but I recommend listing the name of the sound, the name of the uploader, and a link to the sound if possible.
3) Creative Commons Attribution Non-Commercial License: The same as the above #2 license, except these sounds CANNOT be used in projects which make money. (Unless you have permission of the uploader).
So ideally, you'll want to stick to sounds that are either under license #1 or #2 if you are making money off of your songs, and remember to credit the uploader if you use sounds with license #2.
