HELLO !!!
Although I use sounds in the public domain ( Creative Common 0 ) that I download from this site, then I put them in a video of the Sound effects in YouTube and put their source, the video was deleted from YouTube by an Andean channel claiming to have the rights of some of the Sounds used !!!

It is imperative that something abnormal happens, what is the solution?

Based on everything I have heard about Youtube, I'm guessing that an automated crawler robot (probably belonging to that other channel) saw you were using some of the same sfx as this channel and just assumed you were infringing on their copyright. There are countless stories online of people being similarly impacted by these things unfortunately, and I have never heard of it being fairly resolved .

but the Claimed Discover copyright infringement manually , he is not a robot

If you know this to be the case, can you ask them directly which sounds caused the claim?

i know that all those sounds are free and in public domain , and They do not have the right to claim

I see what you mean, but if this wasn't by flagged by a robot then it might be worthwhile to find out why they sent the dispute - whatever their reasons it would certainly be easier to dispute if you knew the actual source of the dispute. I really don't think you'll have much luck with YouTube in this Im afraid. You are much more likely to resolve this directly if that avenue is open to you.

I am waiting for YouTube to respond to the matter,
if the case is not for me. I will stop downloading the sounds from this site and I will start recording it myself

I had a similar problem on youtube with music by Kevin Macleod from incompetech, he allows music to be used as long as rights are shown in the description. It took nearly 2 years to fully resolve as each time I would win a dispute another crawler from a different studio would claim the rights to the music. it was very frustrating as youtube kept putting my video on hold and no compensation is ever given. Guilty until proven innocent

why doesn't everyone just start reporting that channel????

Just make claims they are using sounds stolen / copyright already that are yours.?
or yours , or his , or hers , or "yours"..... as in , "all of ours!

Easy to report em , and no consequences come back for falsely claiming , just say , "oh well , it sounded the same".
Puts to rest this whole "guilty till proven innocent" BS!!!!

Youtube is a monopolistic hypocrite in its Copyright functions: A) It makes use of copyrighted material to gain commercial revenue, followers and plays/fame. B) It punishes users for uploading copyrighted content. C) It produces original entertainment content. D) It competes with independent studios who create original content and upload it to Youtube for fame/money as a business. E) Youtube censors people directly.

This corporation is being sued by France now because Google has been so pervasive in its abuse of French copyrights that their government finally decided to spend multiple billions to defend from Google.

As far as the robots and crawlers, that's right as far as the repliers-- problem will probably persist because of a software issue. There's Amazon, Vimeo, DailyMotion... YouTube is becoming a warehouse with 'Condemned' on it. If it goes on it will probably be taken over, like Hostess.
